Ethical concerns relevant to this study are informed consent, voluntary participation, confidentiality, anonymity and self-respect.

Moreover, there is a potential concern that the researcher may observe poor practice. This presents a conflict for the researcher as she is also a nurse and professionally obliged to uphold a code of conduct. To address this concern the researcher will provide feedback to the paediatric unit if poor practices regarding infection control are observed. However, if an observed practice is dangerous, life threatening or contravenes the professional code of conduct the researcher will intervene immediately. All data collected will be anonymised and data relating to specific individuals will not be fed back to hospital managers. The researcher will offer to provide feedback to individual participants regarding practice.

Thus,for my study I have to obtain ethical approval from DMU before obtaining ethical approval from National Research Ethical Service(NRES) and R&D from the NHS trust. It seem very hard to past this stage because each state takes such a long time to process base upon what kind of research,how it is difficult and committee.

เฮ้อ อยากจะบนดังๆ เลยมาบ่นให้โลกได้รับรู้สักหน่อย ว่าการคิดจะทำอะไรที่มันแตกต่างและดีต่อการเรียนของตัวเอง ทำไมปัญหาและอุปสรรคมันมากจริงๆ รู้งี้ทำเรื่องง่ายๆ เก็บข้อมูลเฉพาะในประเทศไทยอย่างเดียวดีกว่า เพราะว่าที่นี่เขามีอะไรที่มากมายหลายขั้นตอน ต้องผ่านกรรมการระดับมหาลัย ระดับท้องถิ่น และก็ระดับชาติ ในการพิจารณาเรื่องจริยธรรม ก็ใช่นะสิขืนทำไม่ดีมีหวังโดนฟ้องร้องกันแหลกราน เฮ้อ จะลองสู้ดูสักตั้งนะเจ้าคะ แต่ถ้าปัญหามันเยอะจริงๆ ก็ขอถอยไปตั้งหลักก่อนนะคะ กลัวไม่จบอ่ะ เอาไว้จบแล้ว ไม่มีดีกรีเป็นเดิมพัน ค่อยมาว่ากันใหม่ แบบวิจัยร่วมกับอาจารย์หรือเรียกอีกอย่างว่า collaborative research ล่ะกันค่ะ

Today I have a training course regarding how to use NVIVO programme in qualitative research again but it is more advance than the previous course that I already attended.

It seem not to be very difficult but it make me feel a bit confuse about how to code the data effectively. I think I need more and more practice before I start collecting data in clinical setting.

She try to talk to her dad. So far she is 10 weeks approximately.

It seem she is very happy with ManU suit :).

However, when ManU lost she seem to be very sad.

เมื่อวานพอเสร็จจากเข้าสัมมนาโปรเจค Miracle of Life ของฟ้าหญิงอุบลรัตน์ฯ หิวอ่ะก็เลยไปนั่งทานอาหารจีนกันต่อแถวๆนั้น ทานเสร็จก็ประมาณสามทุ่ม ก็นั่งรถบัสออกไปนอกเมืองเพื่อจะไปเอารถที่จอดอยู่ที่บ้านแพท(เพื่อนที่เป็นหมอเด็กที่ย้ายมาเรียนที่มหาวิทยาลัยออกฟอร์ด) ด้วยความเป็นห่วงแพทก็ขี่จักรยานไปรอที่ป้ายรถเมล์ (Upland Park Road) เพราะกลัวพวกเราหลง ก็เด็กต่างเมืองนี่นะและก็มืดแล้วด้วย แพทอุตส่าห์มีน้ำใจ ปรากฎว่าพอลงจากรถเจอแพทรออยู่ตรงป้ายรถเมล์ด้วยความเป็นห่วงเพราะเห็นนานผิดปกติ แล้วก็กำลังจะเดินกลับบ้านแพทซึ่งห่างจากป้ายรถเมล์ไปอีกประมาณห้าร้อยกว่าเมตร ก็มีชายฝรั่งสวมเมื้อขาวอายุประมาณห้าสิบกว่า กับชายอีกคนหน้าออกแขกตะวันออกลางสวมเสื้อสีดำหรือน้ำเงินขับรถมาจอดซอยข้างๆป้ายรถเมล์แล้วลงจากรถมาหาแพท จากนั้นก็ต่อว่าหาว่าแพทใช่ไหมที่ไปว่าลููกชายเขาร้องไห้จนไปฟ้องเขาที่บ้าน และไม่พูดพล่ามทำเพลงก็จะลากแพทไปที่ซอยข้างๆเนื่องจากคิดว่าแพทไปทำร้ายร่างกายลูกเขา แบบไม่พูดพล่ามทำเพลงหรือฟังเหตุผลใดใด แต่แพทไม่ยอมไป ผู้ชายเสื้อขาวท่าทางจะเมาก็ต่อยแพทและดึงเข้าไปในพุ่มไม้ข้างทาง ดูน่ากลัวมาก แว่นแพทแตก แล้วแพทก็พยายามที่จะพูดอธิบายว่าเข้าใจกันผิดหรือเปล่า เพราะเด็กสองคนเข้ามาถุยน้ำลายใส่จักรยานแพทก่อนแล้วแพทจึงได้ตักเตือนไป แต่เด็กสองคนกลับไปฟ้องพ่ออีกอย่าง เอ้อ โดนไปหลายตุ๊บ ปากเจ่อ จมูกถลอก เราเห็นท่าไม่ดีเลยเข้าไปห้ามและก็ขอโทษ ดีนะที่มันไม่ต่อยเรา มีพลเมืองดีจอดรถดูเหมือนกัน สามีอุ้มลูกอยู่เลยเข้ามาช่วยไม่ได้ เขาก็พร้อมที่จะโทรเรียกตำรวจ แต่พอดีพวกเขาก็เย้นลง แล้วก็กลับไป หลังจากนั้นพลเมืองดีที่ยืนดูอยู่ก็เข้ามาบอกให้แจ้งความและบอกทะเบียนรถ ก็เลยโทรแจ้งตำรวจและรอตำรวจอยู่สักพักเพื่อให้ข้อมูลตำรวจ ตำรวจยังให้ข้อมูลอีกด้วยว่ารถคันดังกล่าวเพิ่งจะขโมยน้ำมันจากปั๊มน้ำมันมานี่เอง คือเติมน้ำมันแล้วหนีไม่ยอมจ่าย

เป็นประสบการณ์แย่ๆครั้งแรกที่ไม่น่าจะเกิดขึ้นที่ออกฟอร์ดเมืองที่คิดว่าจะมีแต่คนมีการศึกษา เฮ้อ

Today I am very glad to be one of Thai student who is appointed to welcome princess Ubolratana and join the symposium on child and youth potential development at Oxford ’s Said business school,Oxford University. The symposium start 4 PM till 6 PM. It is s good experience for me and it make me feel very excited not only meeting my princess but also meeting lots of excellencies who produced many texts in my previous study on peadiatric subject such as Prof. Nelson Mandela.
