วันนี้ขอเขียนอะไรถึงน้องแก้ม สาวเสียงทรงพลัง ที่เอาชนะประวัติศาสตร์การประกวดร้องเพลงวงการเรียลลิตี้บ้านเราในปีนี้ น้องแก้มถือว่าเป็นผู้หญิงคนแรกที่พลิกประวัติศาสตร์และก็เป็นคนที่อายุน้อยที่สุดในประวัติศาสตร์ด้วยเช่นกัน ไม่เสียใจเลยที่ตามเชียร์มาตลอด ด้วยความที่เป็นคนมีเสียงที่มีพลัง มีเอกลักษณ์ของตัวเอง แม้จะเอาเพลงคนอื่นมาร้องตอนประกวดก็ยังแอบมีความเป็นตัวของน้องแก้มตลอด เหมือนการใส่ลายเซ็นต์ตัวเองเอาไว้ในบทเพลงอย่างไรอย่างนั้น

เกิดวันที่: 21 กันยายน 2532

ที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน: 131/140 หมู่บ้านศรีสุชาติรวยทรัพย์ ต.รัษฎา อ.เมือง จ.ภูเก็ต

ครอบครัว

แก้มมีน้องสาวร่วมบิดามารดา 1 คน ชื่อว่า “เกด” (ศุจิมน เปียกลิ่น) แก้มอยู่อาศัยกับมารดาและน้องสาวที่จังหวัดภูเก็ตตั้งแต่วัยเด็กมาโดยตลอด มารดาของแก้มประกอบอาชีพพยาบาล ณ โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพภูเก็ต เป็นผู้เลี้ยงดูแก้มและน้องสาวโดยลำพังมาตั้งแต่แก้มอายุได้ 3 ปี และเป็นผู้สนับสนุนแก้มด้านการร้องเพลงอย่างจริงจัง ส่วนน้องสาวของแก้ม เป็นผู้ที่รักและมีความสามารถในการร้องเพลงเช่นกัน และคอยให้กำลังใจแก้มเสมอ

ก้าวสู่การร้องเพลง

แก้มเริ่มร้องเพลงตั้งแต่อายุ 3 ปี คือ เพลง “ต้องสู้” ของเจินเจิน บุญสูงเนิน แก้มเป็นผู้ที่ชอบดูโทรทัศน์และสามารถจดจำเพลงต่างๆได้ดี จึงชอบร้องเพลงมาโดยตลอด

ขณะที่เรียนในชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ณ โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านสามกอง จังหวัดภูเก็ต ด้วยความสามารถในการจดจำเนื้อเพลง และการมี “แก้วเสียงที่ดี” อาจารย์ที่โรงเรียนจึงคัดเลือกให้แก้ม เป็นตัวแทนประกวดร้องเพลงเป็นครั้งแรก นั่นคือจุดเริ่มของการก้าวสู่การประกวดร้องเพลง เพลงที่ประกวดในครั้งแรกนั้น คือ เพลง “สั่งนาง” ของ มนต์สิทธิ์ คำสร้อย

นักร้องนำวงดนตรี

ต่อมาแก้มได้รับการคัดเลือกจากคณาจารย์ให้เข้าร่วมวงดนตรีลูกทุ่ง “สามกองซุปเปอร์แด็นซ์”ของโรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านสามกอง โดยเป็นนักร้องนำ และเดินสายไปประกวดตามเวทีต่างๆมากมาย ทั้งนี้ อาจารย์ไพรัตน์ คำเลี้ยง อาจารย์โรงเรียนเทศบาลบ้านสามกอง คอยให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนตลอดเวลาเป็นผู้ฝึกฝนให้แก้มร้องเพลงลูกทุ่งที่ต้องใช้ทักษะในการร้องสูง ยากกว่าเพลงลูกทุ่งทั่วไป เพื่อให้เกิดความโดดเด่น มีเอกลักษณ์ แก้มจึงได้พัฒนาทักษะการร้องมาโดยลำดับ

ขณะเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา แก้มได้เดินสายประกวดตามเวทีต่างๆอย่างต่อเนื่องและได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศหลากหลายรายการ แก้มได้ฝึกฝนการร้องในแนวเพลงอื่นๆด้วย ทั้งเพลงไทยและสากล โดยเฉพาะแนวป๊อป แจ๊ส และโอเปร่า

ทั้งนี้ มารดาของแก้มเป็นผู้สนับสนุนแก้มมาโดยตลอด ทั้งการแนะนำรายการประกวด การเดินทาง และที่สำคัญคือการให้กำลังใจและการอบรมสั่งสอนด้านการวางตัวที่ถูกต้อง

ก้าวสู่เวที “เดอะสตาร์”

ในปี 2551 ขณะเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ณ โรงเรียนสตรีภูเก็ต แก้มได้ตัดสินใจเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน “เดอะสตาร์” ปีที่ 4 ด้วยวัยเพียง 18 ปี เธอได้แรงบันดาลใจจากผู้ชนะการแข่งขัน “เดอะสตาร์” ปีที่ 1 คือ “สน” สนธยา ชิตมณี ผู้แข่งขันซึ่งมาจากภาคใต้เช่นเดียวกับแก้ม

เธอได้เรียนร้องเพลงอย่างจริงจังกับโรงเรียนสยามกลการ ภูเก็ต เพียง 6 เดือน ก่อนเข้าแข่งขัน “เดอะสตาร์” เท่านั้น แต่เธอก็สามารถร้องเพลง จนทำได้รับการตัดสินจากประชาชนให้ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศไปในที่สุด

ผลงานการประกวดร้องเพลง:

 * ชนะเลิศ การแข่งขันรายการ "เดอะสตาร์ ค้นฟ้าคว้าดาว" ปีที่ 4

* ชนะเลิศ การประกวดร้องเพลง รายการตีสิบ "ช่วงดันดารา" (เพลง ทำไมถึงทำกับฉันได้ และ โรงแรมใจ)

* ชนะเลิศ การแข่งขันร้องเพลงชิงถ้วยพระราชทานสมเด็จพระเทพฯ

* ชนะเลิศ การแข่งขันร้องเพลง โครงการ To be Number 1 ระดับภาคใต้ และชมเชยระดับประเทศ

* เหรียญทอง การประกวดร้องเพลง YAMAHA Thailand ระดับภาคใต้ ปี 2008

* ชนะเลิศ OTOP Singing Contest ระดับประเทศ (เพลง สุริโยไท)

* ชนะเลิศ การประกวดร้องเพลงของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสยามกลการทั่วประเทศ

คติประจำตัว::ความฝันไม่ได้มาง่ายๆ ถ้าเราไม่รู้จักไขว่คว้ามันไว้

แก้มเป็นนักร้องที่มีน้ำเสียงเป็นเอกลักษณ์ และทรงพลัง สามารถขับร้องเพลงได้หลากหลายประเภท อาทิ ป็อป, อาร์แอนด์บี, โอเปร่า, ลูกทุ่ง, แจ๊ส, แดนซ์, ฮิปฮอป, ร็อกแอนด์โรล เป็นต้น ความสามารถที่โดดเด่นของเธอ คือ การร้องเพลงที่ใช้พลังเสียง การลากเสียง การใช้เสียงหลบ การเอื้อนเสียง ตลอดจนการร้องประสาน นักร้องที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจของเธอ คือ “เจนนิเฟอร์ คิ้ม” ส่วนนักร้องสากลที่เธอชื่นชอบ คือ “บียอนเซ่”

Hair loss in baby : ผมร่วงในเด็ก

Hair loss in newborn is a common problem that can be seen in baby especially in newborn to 6 months old. Apparently the bald spot will appear in the area which the baby spend too much time to sleep in the same position.

Why it has happen

“Normally hair has a growth stage and a resting stage. The growth stage lasts about three years, and the resting stage lasts about three months (although anywhere from one to six months is normal). During the resting stage, the hair remains in the follicle until the new hair starts coming in.”(site reference)

Hormone levels in newborn has drop right after birth, which can cause him or her to lose the hair he/she was born with.

However there are other conditions that cause hair loss, but they’re very uncommon in children under 12 months old.

1) Patchy bald spots with red, flaky scaling 2) Physical damage 3)Irregular patches of hair may fall out if your older baby twirls or pulls his hair compulsively. This is called trichotillomania. 4)If your baby has smooth, round, totally bald areas, he may have alopecia areata, a condition in which the immune system attacks the hair follicles, drastically slowing hair growth. 5) Some medical conditions ? such as hypothyroidism or hypopituitarism (an underactive pituitary gland) ? can cause hair loss all over your child’s head.

In order to minimize this bald spot, try to change position when the baby nap or sleep in the day time.Thus , For sure your baby has got the common condition or these conditions shown above. Then you should take your baby to meet the dermatology to have a treatment.

ผมร่วงในเด็กแรกเกิดถือว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติที่พบได้บ่อยในเด็กแรกเกิดจนถึงหกเดือน ซึ่งอาจเกิดขึ้นจากการที่ฮอร์โมนในร่างกายน้อยลง หรือเปลี่ยนไปไม่เหมือนตอนอยู่ในท้อง จึงทำให้ผมร่วงได้ ซึ่งการสร้างของผมจะมีสองระยะด้วยกันคือ ระยะเติบโตและระยะพัก ซึ่งระยะเิติบโตจะใช้เวลาประมาณสามปี แต่ระยะพักซึ่งผมจะคงยังอยู่ในรูขุมขน เพื่อรอผมใหม่สร้างขึ้นมาแต่อาจพบว่าบางส่วนจะหลุดร่วงไป ซึ่งทำให้ผมร่วงจะใช้เวลาประมาณสามเดือน

ลักษณะที่ถือว่าผิดไปจากปกติ ที่ต้องปรึกษาแพทย์คือ

1) ผมร่วงเป็นหย่อมๆ พร้อมกับมีรอยแดงๆ หรือลอกเป็นสะเก็ดบริเวณผิวหนัง

2) จากความผิดปกติทางกายหรือการดึงรั้งเช่นการมัดผมที่แน่นเกินไป

3)จากการดึงทึ้งของเด็กเอง

4)ถ้าพบว่าหัวล้านเป็นวงกลม ก็อาจจะเกิดจากความผิดปกติของระบบภูมิคุ้มกันในเด็กที่เรียกว่า alopecia areata

5) จากโรคบางชนิดเช่นพวก ธัยรอยด์ต่ำ

How to apply ethical approval from the NHS Trust

According to conducting research in a clinical setting, I have to obtain ethical approval both the NRES and the local site(NHS Trust) before I inform consent and access to the clinic. It is quite difficult for me to do it because I am not qualified nurse here but I can do it based upon the honorary contact by the DMU. Thus I want to share this experience to whom interest these process.

First researcher should send an application and document associated with their research. There is checklist guideline on the UHL website. After submission, the co-coordinator will send some further information required to you if they need something more such as GCP, honorary contact, CRB check or anything researcher should revise and clarify.

Good Clinical Practice Training:GCP

According to applying Local R&D office in Leicester, I have further information required from R&D office. One of them is GCP proforma and training from the clinical trail. In order to obtain it there are two tracts, online applying and face-to-face training with Sarah, clinical trainer.

GCP - Good Clinical Practice The International Conference on Harmonisation - Good Clinical Practice is an international ethical and scientific quality standard for designing, conducting, recording and reporting trials that involve the participation of human subjects. Compliance with this standard provides public assurance that the rights, safety and well being of trial subjects are protected, consistent with the principles that have their origin in the Declaration of Helsinki, and that clinical trial data are credible. Good Clinical Practice and GCP Training All researchers planning to undertake research within University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) must have undertaken some type of up to date GCP training. This training may be obtained externally, for example a study specific, or other, course, for which we will require a copy of your certificate of attendance, alternatively you can obtain in-house training via the R&D Office at UHL. A training can also do by researcher by reading document online and then fill the GCP proforma. Then send proforma to a clinical trainer, Sarah Nicholson. Another way researcher can get the consent face-to-face training with Sarah directly.

For me I have to do both, so I have an appointment to meet with Sarah today.The training takes one hour,and then I will get a certificate from her.

Registration and applying passport@Thai Royal Embassy UK

Today we took Focus to the Royal Thai Embassy in order to regist her into our hometown address in Bangkok and apply a passport for her. It was really difficult for her to do fingerprint by using ink and it looked very funny because she tried to suck her thumb and then when we saw her again seemingly her mouth looked quite blue. First when I saw that I felt very concerned because the weather today was cold, so I thought she might be cold but when I saw her thumb it looked really clean up than before. Even one hour ago it was really hard to clean her thumb by using wipe paper but now Focus can do it by herself.

วันนี้พาโฟกัสไปแจ้งเกิดที่สถานทูตไทยอีกครั้งหลังจากที่แจ้งเกิดที่เมืองเลสเตอร์แล้ว บวกกับทำพาสปอร์ตใหม่ไปในตัว เอกสารที่ต้องเตรียมไปก็ไม่ได้มากมายอะไรนัก มีดังนี้คือ 1) แบบฟอร์มสูติบัตรที่ดาวน์โหลดมาจากเวบไซด์ของสถานทูต สามเอกสารด้วยกันคือ สูจิบัตร แบบฟอร์มขอทำพาสปอร์ต และก็แบบฟอร์มให้ดำเนินการ 2) สูติบัตรแบบยาวจากเมืองเลสเตอร์ถ่ายเอกสารมา 2 ชุด 3)สำเนาพาสปอร์ตพ่อกับแม่คนละ 2 ชุด 4)สำเนาทะเบียนสมรส 5)สำเนาบัตรประชาชน หรือสำเนาทะเบียนบ้านพ่อกับแม่คนละ 2 ชุด

ก่อนที่จะไปทำก็โทรไปนัดก่อนว่าจะได้วันไหน ด้วยนะคะ หลังจากที่ได้วันนัดก็ไปทำ ทำในผู้ใหย่คงไม่ตลกเท่ากับเด็ก เพราะว่าใบขอทำพาสปอร์ตต่างๆต้องเป็นชื่อเด็ก แล้วการเซ็นต์ชื่อเด็กก็ต้องลงชื่อตัวเอง ทีนี้เด็กยิ่งเล้กมากก็คงจะเขียนหนังสือไ่ม่ได้ ต้องใช้ปั๊มลายนิ้วมือเอา นิ้วเด็กก็เล็กมากลองนึกภาพตามต้องมาปั๊มในกล่องหมึก แล้วมาปั๊มบนกระดาษ มันตลกและทุลักทุเลเอาการกว่าจะทำได้

อีกกระบวนการนึงก็ตอนถ่ายรูป ถึงแม้เราจะนำรูปถ่ายหน้าตรงเด็กไปแล้วไปถึงสถานทูกก็ต้องถ่ายอีก ในเด็กเล็กที่ยังยั่งเองไม่ได้ก็ต้องให้ผู้ปกครองนั่งด้วย เอาละสิจะถ่ายไงไม่ให้เห็นคนข้างหลัง ก็ต้องเอากระดาษขาวมากันที่หลังเด็ก แล้ว จะทำอย่างไรให้เด็กมองกล้อง กว่าจะได้ก็ต้องเอาหน้าพ่อหรือแม่ไปหลอกล่อกันหน้าดู ภาพที่ได้ก็ทุกลักทุเล โย้ไปเย้มาก น่าขำจะตาย กว่าจะถ่ายได้โฟกัสน้ำลายยืดเลย หลังจากพิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือก็เช็ดด้วยกระดาษที่เอาไว้เช็ดก้นเด็กเรียบร้อยขัดจนโฟกัสเริ่มรำคาญก็ยังออกไม่หมด ไอ้เราก็เลยปล่อยไว้ เพราะไม่อยากให้ลูกเจ็บมาก เดินไปเดินมาอยู่เป็นชั่วโมงหลังจากออกจากสถานทูตหันไปอีกทอ้าวลูกปากเขียวคล้ำเลย ทีแรกก็คิดว่าลูกหนาวที่ไหนได้พ่อบอกว่าหันไปดูที่นิ้วลูกสิเอี่ยมเชียว ที่แท้ลูกใช้น้ำลายตัวเองล้างออกนี่เอง อิอิ
